Information For Showcase Spots
Showcase spots at LP3 are limited and will be reserved on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. If all spots have been filled by the time your payment and sign-up form arrive at the NTLP Office, your check will be returned to you.
NOTE: Only presenters who did not showcase for NTLP in either of the past two years will be considered for showcase spots initially. If you showcased during those two years and would like to be put on a waiting list in case we have spaces available after scheduling the “new” presenters, please complete the form and submit it to us with payment by check. We will hold your check until we know whether or not you’ll be showcasing this year. If you are not scheduled to showcase, we will return your check to you after the conference.
Showcase Requirements:
1. Verify that you are listed in the NTRLS Library Program Presenters Directory at the NTRLS website, www.ntrls.org
2. Sign up to be an exhibitor at the conference
3. Complete the Showcase Registration and Agreement Form
and return it, along with your check, to
